Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
– Refund available within 7 days if the domain is not purchased.
– No refund for non-recoverable third-party services.
2. Cancellation
Projects may be canceled before work begins; partial deductions may apply if initiated.
3. Refund Timeline and Mode
All approved refunds are processed through the same payment method used during purchase via Razorpay.
Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Late Payments
Rs. 510 late fee per week applies for overdue payments. Services may be paused until dues are cleared.
5. Disputes
All disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.
