1. Services
We offer software development, web hosting, domain registration, digital marketing, internships, and corporate training services.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and ensure timely payments. Delays in content submission can affect project timelines.

3. Payment Terms
– Payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise.
– A late fee of Rs. 510 applies if payment is not made on time.

4. Refund Policy
– 7-day refund available only if the domain has not been purchased.
– No refund after domain or third-party services are initiated.
– Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.

5. Grace Period Terms
– Grace Period Begins from the first notification email send by the Hostinger for Domain Renewal until the actual expiry date and same applicable for hosting and email services.

–  During Grace Period CYPWNG cannot create a new user account in WordPress.

6. Intellectual Property
All deliverables remain the property of the company until full payment is received.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under Hyderabad jurisdiction.

9. Payment and Currency
All transactions and payments made on our website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payments are securely handled by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited, which follows PCI DSS compliance and industry standards.

10. Clients User Accounts Creation  in WordPress

Only clients with Domain and Hosting and Emails Services can opt for user account to edit their respective website. If a client domain is pointing to their server, they are not eligible for getting any rights to edit the website.

During Grace period, user account cannot be create for the clients with Domain and Hosting and Emails.
